It was only 1.5 years old, but he decided to dump it and buy a new printer because the cost of the replacement fuser (plus time and effort to replace) it wasn't worth it (I wasn't even sure whether fixing the fuser film will stop it from creasing pages).Īnyway, I rescued it and took it home, if nothing else for replacement parts (I have a friend with the same printer). ![]() I determined printer had a torn fuser film, which I assume is causing the problem.
